These terms apply to content sent to Świat Instrumentów (swiatinstrumentow.pl) through the „Become a creator” form, the „Suggest an edit” form and comments.
1. What you can send
- Texts, photos and video links that you created or have the rights to.
- Lawful content, without advertising, spam or offensive material.
- No personal data or images of other people without their consent.
2. Your rights and our licence
You keep the copyright to your content. By sending it, you grant the site a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish it on the site, translate it into other languages, shorten and edit it (without changing its meaning) and share it on the site’s social media with credit to you.
Videos are embedded from YouTube – they stay on your channel, and if you remove a video from YouTube, it also disappears from the site.
3. Encyclopedia edits
Once approved, suggested edits and fun facts become part of the encyclopedia entry. By sending them, you agree to their free use in the entry and its translations.
4. Moderation
We review every submission before publication. We may refuse publication, make minor editorial changes or remove published content, in particular if it breaches these terms or the rights of others.
5. Responsibility
The author is responsible for the content they send. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us via the Contact page – we will act promptly.
6. Personal data
With a published post we show your name or nickname and – if provided – a link to your profile. We do not publish your e-mail address; we use it only to contact you about your submission. See the privacy policy for details.
7. Removal
You can ask us to remove your post or data at any time – write to us via the Contact page.
